90° House
Residential project,
Malta, 2024/25
H-House was conceptualized in Malta as part of my Erasmus+ exchange
The project is to be a residence for two artists, who would arrive as strangers
Its name is derived from its interior and exterior architecture; the interior features rounded corners in place of sharp and unwelcoming corners
90 Degrees House uses spatial planning and an understanding of human behavior in space to engineer a space that incentivizes the use of the shared spaces in order to bring the inhabitants closer.

The living room is set up to cater to shared experiences and relaxation, as well as bonding for the inhabitants
While bringing the artists closer is important, a well designed private space is necessary as a counterbalance- a healthy relationship with the co-inhabitant is only possible when needs of privacy are cared for.
